Corporate Philosophy: Embracing Failure as a Path to Success
At Pierre PR, failure isn't a setback — it's part of the success pathway.
Where others hesitate, we move forward, willing to cross the boundaries of what's comfortable in order to discover what's possible. Our boldest breakthroughs often begin with an unexpected outcome. We don't avoid failure — we learn from it.
Our approach is designed to push campaigns into new territory where results can surprise us, insights become invaluable, and outcomes teach us something we didn't expect. Every initiative is a chance to learn what we couldn't have predicted.
When reality diverges from projections, we don't call it defeat — we call it discovery. We study these moments carefully, turning unexpected developments into refined strategy and forward momentum.
Our failures are not endpoints — they're progress in disguise. Each one reveals a new frontier, a new angle, a new opportunity your brand can seize before competitors even see it coming.
At Pierre PR, we don't just fail fast — we fail forward. Always learning, always adapting, always moving with intention.
Leadership Team

Peter Pierre
Founder & Chief X-ecutive
Pierre is the founding force behind Pierre PR, having launched the firm after a friend's suggestion that he "re-imagine PR" from the ground up. With no formal training in communications strategy, Pierre built his leadership philosophy around "Directionally Bold Interpretive Strategy"—an approach in which decisions are made swiftly, confidently, and without the burden of measurable outcomes. His greatest strength is his ability to commit to an idea immediately after hearing it. His teams admire his unwavering belief that "clarity is optional, but momentum is fundamental." Failure is never an option, it is a requirement.

Madeline Shore
Chief Strategy Officer
Madeline is the industry's foremost practitioner of Strategic Ambiguity, a discipline she developed after years of helping clients reveal the possible with questions and sometimes answers that technically addressed their questions while providing no reliable clarity. Her communication style has been described as "mythical," "evocative," and "impossible to paraphrase." She is known for crafting presentations that feel profound while revealing nothing measurable, actionable, or directly relevant to the client.

Tanner Bly
VP of Client Campaigns
Tanner leads Pierre PR's Forecasting & Modeling Division with his groundbreaking methodology, Precision Misjudgment—the practice of producing data visualizations formatted in a manner that obscures the directional trajectory of campaign outcomes. His reports are known for complexity and for prompting clients to applaud before realizing they do not understand the chart, axis, or sentence. Despite his models' consistent unpredictability, clients describe Tanner as "inspiringly certain."

Serena Ko
Director of Tactical PR
Serena leads Pierre PR's integrated response, refinement, and adjustment initiatives with her signature discipline, Tactical Recalibration—a structured approach to evolving campaign strategy in real time. She excels at identifying micro-signals in client feedback and translating them into high-impact strategic adjustments. Serena views adaptability as a core strategic imperative and frequently reminds her teams that "momentum is the safeguard against stagnation."

Harlan DuPré
Chief Narrative Officer
Harlan leads Pierre PR's Reporting & Insights Division, specializing in Narrative Reinterpretation—the practice of translating complex or diffuse results into clear, strategically coherent storylines. He once contextualized a significant decline in engagement as "audience introspection time," a reframing so effective that the client praised him for "spotting potential where others might see attrition." His ability to make all outcomes feel intentional—especially when they weren't—is considered a core element of Pierre PR's corporate culture.
Intern of the Year 2025

Congratulations, Hunter Carnley!
We are thrilled to announce Hunter Carnley as Pierre PR's 2025 Intern of the Year. Hunter exemplifies the core values that make Pierre PR unique: embracing uncertainty, finding opportunity in the unexpected, and maintaining momentum even when the path forward is unclear.
“Hunter understood from day one that clarity is optional, but enthusiasm is mandatory,” said Peter Pierre. “That's exactly the kind of directionally bold thinking we cultivate here.”
